We offer 30 day Payment plans on purchases more than $500 and less than $5,000.00 and 60 Day Payment plans on purchases over $5,000.00. If possible, please send us an email containing your order number, the animal's ID number, name, and your best form of contact, so the transaction is as smooth as possible for all parties. We have been shipping and selling for over 20 years and have an amazing track record of getting our customers their animals in a timely and SAFE manner. We ship all months of the year, using heat packs, cool packs, insulated boxes, or anything else we need to ensure the safe arrival of your new purchase. Our animals will be on frozen thawed unless stated otherwise. All of our snakes are fed appropriately sized live/frozen mice and/or rats in their permanent enclosure. We do not guarantee that an animal will feed under your care. We guarantee that all of our animals are feeding regularly at the time of sale. We do not guarantee live arrival if shipping animals when the temperature is under 40 or over 90 degrees (F). All shipments must be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival. We do not guarantee live arrival if there is a failed delivery attempt. We do not guarantee live arrival for animals left by a door. We rarely offer door-to-door shipments, however when we do you must be available to sign for the animal at the time of delivery. We guarantee that all are animals are healthy (to the best of our knowledge) and feeding at the time of sale. Unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance. We are not responsible for carrier delays. We guarantee live arrival of your reptiles unless the shipment is delayed or mishandled by the shipper.
